People exercise for a variety of reasons. Many people do it to stay active and keep their body healthy. But exercise has also been scientifically proven to improve mood and can even help ease the symptoms of anxiety and depression. When you exercise, you release endorphins, which can improve mood because it makes you feel good. It also takes your mind off of other worries, so it helps you not have thoughts that increase your depression of anxiety. It can also be a healthy soping mechanism and will allow you to gain confidence as you meet your goals and boost your self confidence.
